You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. However, due to payment processing fees, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer want the product, you may refer to our Return Policy for further instructions on how to proceed.
